Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Staff Sales – Corporate & Marketing to join our expanding team at the Balikpapan branch. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with corporate clients, fostering long‑term partnerships, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑17:00, in a fast‑paced environment that rewards initiative, professionalism, and a strong customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume by identifying new corporate prospects and upselling existing accounts within the Balikpapan market.
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits, monitor client satisfaction, and provide post‑sale support to ensure continuous partnership growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as the primary point of contact for all corporate customers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performing detailed analysis to track performance against targets and to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional campaigns and destination‑marketing initiatives that resonate with corporate audiences.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to produce presentations, proposals, and performance dashboards.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for product or service enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including the submission of a clean drug‑free certificate and adherence to professional appearance standards.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is also acceptable.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in corporate sales or a similar sales‑marketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data‑analysis techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and internal teams.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
  • Current, valid drug‑free certificate.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
