We are seeking a dedicated Steward Layanan Penumpang to join our dynamic team in the aviation industry. This position is based in the vibrant region of Tangerang and Tangerang Selatan, serving both domestic and international passengers with the highest standards of hospitality and safety. As a steward, you will be the face of our airline, ensuring every traveler experiences a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable flight.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary in‑flight service, including meal preparation, presentation, and distribution to passengers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cabin environment throughout the flight.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, luggage storage, and special needs requests.
  • Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate emergency equipment, and respond promptly to any in‑flight incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with the flight crew to coordinate service timing and ensure adherence to flight schedules.
  • Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and service supplies, and report any shortages to the catering manager.
  • Handle passenger feedback, resolve complaints, and promote a positive brand image.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, customer service excellence, and emergency procedures.
  • Uphold all regulatory compliance standards set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
  • Support ground operations when required, such as assisting with cabin cleaning between flights.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher; SMA/K is preferred for entry‑level candidates.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a chef, steward, or in a comparable food‑service role within the aviation or hospitality sector.
  • Professional appearance: well‑groomed, clean, and capable of representing the airline’s brand standards.
  • Residency in Tangerang or Tangerang Selatan to ensure reliable punctuality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse passenger base.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to varying shift schedules.
  • Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle luggage and service equipment safely.
  • Gender: Open to all genders, promoting an inclusive workplace.
