Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant Sales – Client Relationship Specialist to join our fast‑growing sales team. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold‑calling, networking events, and inbound leads.
- Conduct needs‑analysis meetings to understand client objectives and tailor product or service solutions accordingly.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM software, updating client interactions and forecasting future sales opportunities.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support, upselling, and cross‑selling where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market feedback for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance regulations in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; recent high‑school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Female (as per specific hiring policy).
- Strong personal presentation and a professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and achieving sales goals.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to client sites and company events.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service, and relationship management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for key client meetings.
