Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor Kedai to lead our outlet in the vibrant city of Mojokerto. You will report directly to the Area Manager and collaborate closely with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house associates, and suppliers to maintain high standards of service and product consistency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of 8‑12 staff members, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and security checks.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders with vendors, and conduct regular stocktakes to minimize waste and shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting routine inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Track sales performance, prepare daily and weekly reports, and work with management to develop strategies for achieving revenue targets.
- Implement promotional activities, upselling techniques, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the outlet’s market presence.
- Facilitate ongoing training programs, including product knowledge, service standards, and emergency procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that emphasizes discipline, honesty, loyalty, and accountability.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all qualified candidates.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in the food & beverage (FnB) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Core Skills: Business development, analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead a team, enforce standards, and inspire staff to achieve excellence.
- Personal Attributes: Discipline, honesty, loyalty, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic financial reporting.
- Work Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 09:30 – 21:00, with flexibility to cover peak periods and special events.
