The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the company’s automotive financing products and both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s vehicle credit products to existing customers and generate new business through proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with channel distribution partners to capture orders, gather initial customer data, and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Conduct thorough credit verification, assess risk, and prepare loan applications for approval.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers on approval status, repayment schedules, and any required actions.
- Communicate loan terms, due dates, payment locations, and other critical information clearly to borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal audit standards.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities, such as insurance or accessory financing, to maximize revenue per customer.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and market feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting automotive financing.
- Provide on‑the‑ground support during dealer events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; graduates from any field are welcome.
- Male candidates, up to 30 years of age.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, automotive financing, or a related sales role (experience is a strong plus but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection procedures, and effective customer communication.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
