Introduction

Mandala Finance is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Dompu (HI), NTB Region. This full‑time position plays a pivotal role in driving our consumer financing products to the market, supporting the sales force, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple internal departments. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be based in the city of residence, with a flexible placement that aligns with the applicant’s domicile.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities of the sales team, ensuring they effectively promote Mandala Finance’s financing solutions.
  • Assist sales officers in acquiring new consumers, guiding them through the application process, and helping the team meet or exceed set sales targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and supervision of field sales officers to maintain high productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers, showrooms, and other business partners to expand market reach.
  • Control and verify the quality of financing applications, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market potential, identify emerging trends, and provide actionable insights for the development of robust sales strategies.
  • Ensure that every step of the sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing—follows Mandala Finance’s procedures and legal guidelines.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for senior management review.
  • Motivate the sales team through basic training sessions, workshops, and continuous feedback to boost overall performance.
  • Liaise closely with the Credit, Collections, and Marketing departments to guarantee smooth processing of financing applications and timely disbursement of funds.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – recent graduates are welcomed.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, retail financing, or a similar B2C environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross‑functional team setting.
