Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product questions, and ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, process transactions efficiently, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, conducting regular inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support visual merchandising standards by arranging product displays, replenishing promotional items, and keeping the store layout clean and attractive.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and encouraging a positive, results‑driven atmosphere.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, while demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Utilize the store’s Management System (POS and inventory software) to track sales, update product information, and generate performance metrics.
- Participate in regular training sessions, safety drills, and team meetings to stay updated on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to store management regarding customer trends, stock issues, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Work experience: No prior experience required; however, any retail or customer‑service background is a plus.
- Core competencies: Discipline, honesty, responsibility, strong teamwork orientation, and ability to meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays.
- Basic proficiency with store management and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a courteous, professional demeanor.
