We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Penjualan – Penanggung Jawab Cabang Penggung to lead our sales operations in the Penggung region. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, field supervision, and hands‑on coaching to ensure that our consumer‑goods portfolio meets and exceeds its market targets. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the head office and the local sales team, driving performance through data‑based monitoring, territory mapping, and strong leadership.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and requires a commitment to upholding the company’s standards of integrity, discipline, and customer focus. Responsibilities
- Control and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to guarantee achievement of predefined targets.
- Develop and maintain detailed territory maps for the Penggung area, identifying high‑potential zones and under‑served markets.
- Lead a team of sales representatives by providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to foster a high‑performance culture.
- Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies and improve market share.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure product availability, promotional alignment, and accurate sales reporting.
- Prepare regular sales dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management review.
- Conduct regular field visits and store audits to verify compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Implement training programs focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring all team members are vaccinated with at least the first dose of COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Represent the company at local trade events, retailer meetings, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the consumer‑goods sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on honesty, discipline, responsibility, and target orientation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing sales needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interaction.
- Proven ability to develop and execute territory‑mapping strategies that boost sales performance.
- Completed at least the first dose of COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Willingness to be based permanently in the Penggung area.
