Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Pengelola Proyek dan Pengembangan Tim to spearhead the growth of our student insurance card program across schools, government agencies, community villages, markets, and UMKM (micro‑small enterprises). This role blends project management, business development, and team leadership in a fast‑moving insurance environment. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect target institutions such as schools, government bodies, private companies, village communities, markets, and UMKM for partnership opportunities.
- Present and negotiate collaborative insurance‑card programs with school administrators and other stakeholders, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Design, pilot, and launch insurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and nurture a network of business partners, continuously expanding the partnership pipeline in line with regional potential.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching of new business partners and internal team members.
- Produce regular progress reports, complete with data‑driven insights and supporting documentation, to inform senior management.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, underwriting, and operations—to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented team culture that emphasizes continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in B2B sales or partnership development.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong motivation and relevant skill sets.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM.
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and build high‑performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market potential and track sales performance.
- Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
