Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse or designated pickup points and deliver them to the customers’ addresses within the assigned route.
- Inspect each package before departure to confirm it is sealed, properly labeled, and free from damage.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation tools on an Android smartphone to select the most efficient routes, avoiding traffic congestion and roadwork.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with recipients, obtaining signatures or digital confirmations as required by company policy.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic delays, road closures, or address discrepancies—to the operations team in real time.
- Document and upload delivery evidence (photos, timestamps, and electronic signatures) through the company’s delivery app.
- Perform routine checks on the motorcycle, including fuel level, tire pressure, and basic mechanical health, to guarantee safe operation.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations, wear appropriate safety gear, and practice defensive riding techniques.
- Assist with occasional on‑site inventory checks and return of undeliverable items to the warehouse.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions focused on customer service excellence, safety protocols, and technology updates.
Requirements
- Male applicant, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence for motorcycles (SIM C) and an active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own an Android smartphone that meets the operating‑system standards of the company’s logistics application.
- Clean appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings that could affect professional image.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently under time‑pressured conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact politely with customers and internal staff.
- Basic proficiency with digital navigation tools (Google Maps) and familiarity with smartphone data entry.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels, often weighing up to 15 kg, and to ride for extended periods.
- Problem‑solving attitude – able to quickly identify and communicate issues that may delay deliveries.
