The successful candidate will work across several districts, including Jakarta Utara, Ciledug, Meruya, Kebon Jeruk, Pamulang, and Cengkareng, delivering face‑to‑face engagement, education, and persuasive negotiation to ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to students’ families and guardians to discuss overdue tuition installments.
- Provide clear, empathetic education about the consequences of late payments and the available repayment options.
- Develop and implement persuasive negotiation strategies that align with company policies and ethical standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and payment schedules using Microsoft Excel and the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance and admissions departments to verify account details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, internal policies, and the organization’s code of ethics during collection activities.
- Mentor junior collection staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of integrity and resilience.
- Continuously monitor market trends and local economic conditions that may affect families’ ability to pay, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 36 years old; no strict upper age limit as long as the candidate demonstrates capability.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle license).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, persistence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of integrity, with a proven track record of ethical decision‑making.
