Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Teknisi AC Mobile – Instalasi, Perawatan, dan Perbaikan to join our growing operations team. This role is essential for maintaining the reliability of our store facilities and ensuring that all technical systems support the seamless operation of our online retail platform. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation, hands‑on experience in building maintenance, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, CCTV, and other supporting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting store operations, such as computer hardware, printers, network devices, and other IT‑related infrastructure.
- Ensure the store environment remains safe, functional, and compliant with local regulations, covering aspects such as illumination, climate control, and security systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in technical areas, including electrical panels, server rooms, and IT corners, to prevent hazards and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and specialist contractors for tasks that require advanced expertise, ensuring clear communication and timely completion.
- Document all maintenance activities, record incidents, and generate detailed reports on equipment failures, repairs, and spare‑part replacements.
- Participate in emergency response drills and assist in the implementation of safety protocols, including K3 (occupational health and safety) standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and spare parts, placing orders as needed to avoid downtime.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact facility operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably SMK/D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Age: up to 35 years; male candidates only.
- At least 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a building technician, maintenance engineer, or operational technician, preferably within the retail or logistics sector.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Fundamental knowledge of low‑voltage and high‑voltage electricity, HVAC principles, and basic mechanics.
- Relevant certifications such as K3, electrical safety, or junior‑level MEP (Ahli Madya/Pratama) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with electrical measurement tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
- Effective communication skills for reporting, vendor coordination, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00‑17:00) with the possibility of overtime during critical incidents.
