Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Outlet Operations – Pawnshop (Staf Operasional Outlet Gadai) to lead and expand our network of branches across Central Java, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and Banten. This pivotal role reports to Regional Management and is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high‑performing team culture within the fast‑growing pawnshop industry. The position includes an intensive 3‑4‑month training program, with an initial two‑week immersion in our Semarang headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of sales associates, appraisers, and warehouse staff to consistently achieve or exceed monthly branch sales targets.
  • Design, deliver, and monitor training programs that enhance product knowledge, especially in evaluating electronic goods such as smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, and other consumer electronics.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory levels, performing accurate reconciliations between physical stock and system records to minimize shrinkage.
  • Interpret condition and market value of pledged items, applying industry‑standard appraisal methods and leveraging market data to set competitive loan terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized promotion strategies, community outreach events, and customer‑retention initiatives.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans to improve branch profitability.
  • Maintain clear and persuasive communication with customers, handling negotiations, conflict resolution, and after‑service support.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure timely processing of loan disbursements and repayments.
  • Travel as required to supervise multiple outlets, providing on‑site coaching and ensuring consistent brand experience across all locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age: ≤ 35 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Education baseline (for internal reference): Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No prior work experience required; however, internships or part‑time roles in retail, sales, or customer service are advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of electronic devices (smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building trustful client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with interpreting sales data and inventory metrics.
  • Passion for marketing concepts, including digital outreach and community engagement.
  • Willingness to be placed at any branch within Central Java, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, or Banten, preferably near the candidate’s residence.
