Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately, following Golqi’s detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, answering menu questions, handling special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining the high quality and temperature standards stipulated in the SOP.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Conduct regular checks of equipment, utensils, and inventory to ensure everything is in proper working condition and stocked for peak service periods.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling, end‑of‑day reconciliation, and securing the outlet.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating any operational issues or customer feedback to the next team.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing, use of gloves, and temperature monitoring.
- Support fellow team members by covering tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old (maximum 30 years for some locations).

- Clean, neat appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong personal integrity: disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Good physical health to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 11:00‑15:00).
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Customer‑service orientation, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
