Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Teknisi Layanan Perawatan dan Perbaikan Peralatan Industri to join our fast‑growing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across a variety of industrial environments such as retail complexes, office buildings, and hospitality facilities. This role offers a stable work schedule (08:00‑17:00) and a supportive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical installations, including wiring, panels, and switchgear.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in AC units, refrigeration systems, and other cooling equipment.
- Conduct mechanical servicing of industrial machines, ensuring all moving parts are lubricated, aligned, and operating within manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate service records, write detailed work orders, and update asset management databases after each intervention.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to schedule major overhauls, upgrades, and system calibrations.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company SOPs, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
- Provide on‑site technical support during emergencies, prioritizing rapid response to minimize downtime.
- Participate in regular training sessions and share knowledge with junior technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a technician in retail, building management, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical installation maintenance, fault detection, and corrective repair techniques.
- Proficiency in HVAC/air‑conditioning systems, including refrigerant handling and system diagnostics.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility; punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating clearly with supervisors and clients.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, lift equipment, and work at heights when required.
