Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to effectively market and sell the bank‑related application suite to prospective corporate and retail clients.
- Set clear, measurable sales targets for the team and monitor progress through regular performance reviews, data‑driven dashboards, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies that boost user acquisition, increase market penetration, and enhance product adoption across multiple banking channels.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and banking partner guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including product, marketing, compliance, and IT—to align sales initiatives with product roadmaps and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with partner banks and external agencies to launch joint sales programs, promotional events, and training workshops.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience by overseeing the end‑to‑end acquisition process, ensuring timely onboarding, and addressing any service issues promptly.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech innovations to keep the sales approach relevant and competitive.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Supervisor, preferably in banking products, fintech solutions, or financial applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an active sales team and achieve or surpass set sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital banking acquisition processes and product marketing.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Prior experience with PT Dika or Dika Group is a distinct advantage.
- Well‑established network or relationships within the banking sales community is highly valued.

- Work schedule: Monday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
