To maintain our reputation for quality and safety, we are seeking an experienced Teknisi Pemasangan Kaca Film who can expertly cut, install, and manage ceramic and carbon glass‑film inventory for both vehicles and buildings. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, work in a fast‑paced environment, and have the flexibility to be deployed to any of our nationwide outlets.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and cut ceramic and carbon glass‑film sheets according to vehicle dimensions or architectural specifications.
- Perform professional installation of glass‑film on windshields, windows, and façade glass, ensuring proper alignment, bubble‑free application, and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels, usage, and wastage, and conduct regular inventory counts to support procurement planning.
- Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to understand client requirements, provide technical advice, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Operate company‑provided vehicles safely for site visits, material deliveries, and travel between outlets.
- Stay updated on the latest glass‑film technologies, installation techniques, and industry regulations, and share knowledge with junior technicians.
- Participate in routine maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and cleanliness, especially when working in high‑traffic commercial or residential environments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience installing ceramic or carbon glass‑film for vehicles and/or buildings.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both cars and motorcycles.
- Willingness to reside in company‑provided accommodation (mess) at the outlet location.
- Flexibility to be placed at any branch across the country, with a work schedule of Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑18:00.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Basic mathematical ability for stock counting and reporting.
