Responsibilities
- Model and reinforce GPSR values for all hospital staff, demonstrating best practices in patient interaction and service delivery.
- Deliver warm, sincere, and patient‑focused service, ensuring that each interaction reflects the hospital’s commitment to heartfelt care.
- Monitor, track, and resolve patient complaints promptly, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments to guarantee satisfactory outcomes.
- Oversee the patient journey to confirm that every individual receives optimal care, from registration to post‑discharge follow‑up.
- Act as the primary source of information on health‑related products and services, educating patients and families about available options.
- Coordinate schedules for front‑line staff, manage shift allocations, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools, preparing reports on patient satisfaction, service metrics, and staff performance.
- Facilitate regular training sessions and workshops to enhance communication skills, cultural competence, and multilingual service (English and Mandarin preferred).
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative teams to streamline processes, reduce wait times, and improve overall patient flow.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, providing feedback and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Patient Care, Customer Service, or Front‑line hospitality roles; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
