Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve software issues, including operating system errors, application crashes, and driver conflicts.
- Assist end‑users with technical support requests, providing clear guidance and timely solutions both in‑person and remotely.
- Monitor network connectivity, perform basic network configurations, and coordinate with senior network engineers for more complex issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventory, service tickets, and resolution steps in the IT service management system.
- Support the rollout of new software applications and updates, ensuring compatibility across all devices.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) – this role is designated for women to support diversity initiatives.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware components and assembly.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with common office productivity suites and troubleshooting tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication abilities to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Team‑player attitude and willingness to learn.
- Professionalism and a customer‑service orientation.
