Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Produksi – Ahli Pembuat Roti (Baker) to join our fast‑growing bakery team. In this role you will be responsible for crafting our signature Donat Bahagia from scratch, ensuring every batch meets our high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal. The position offers a dynamic work environment where precision, creativity, and teamwork are essential to delivering freshly baked delights to our customers daily.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dough for Donat Bahagia manually, measuring ingredients accurately and following standardized recipes.
  • Perform mixing, proofing, rounding, and shaping of dough using both hand‑tools and industrial mixers.
  • Operate deep‑fat fryers safely to fry donuts to the perfect golden brown, monitoring temperature and timing.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and appearance before they are packaged or displayed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine sanitation of surfaces, equipment, and storage zones in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management by reporting ingredient levels, noting shortages, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with fellow bakers and floor staff to synchronize production schedules, especially during peak hours.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Attend periodic training sessions on new recipes, equipment upgrades, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a bakery setting, specifically with mixing, proofing, and rounding dough.
  • Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Proficiency in using bakery equipment such as mixers, dough cutters, and deep‑fat fryers.
  • Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently under time‑pressure.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift from 06:00 – 15:00, with the possibility of overtime during special promotions.
