Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknis Farmasi – Spesialis Produksi Obat to join our dynamic pharmacy team. This full‑time position is open to qualified Indonesian nationals who are passionate about ensuring the safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced hospital environment, collaborating closely with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT specialists to support both inpatient and outpatient medication services.
The role offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule, with shift work that may include evenings or weekends as needed. Candidates must hold a current Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) TTK and be prepared to obtain a Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) if not already possessed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, compound, and label sterile and non‑sterile pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hospital SOPs.
- Operate and maintain automated dispensing machines, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely replenishment.
- Manage the online BPJS pharmacy platform, processing claims, updating medication availability, and troubleshooting system errors.
- Utilize the SIMRS Teramedik application for patient medication reconciliation, dosage verification, and documentation of administered drugs.
- Conduct regular quality checks, including visual inspection, potency testing, and stability monitoring of compounded products.
- Collaborate with the infection control team to ensure aseptic techniques are strictly followed during drug preparation.
- Provide technical support and training to pharmacy assistants and interns on equipment usage, safety protocols, and software navigation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, offering pharmacological expertise and medication therapy management recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records for regulatory audits, including batch logs, temperature monitoring, and waste disposal documentation.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Maximum age of 30 years (as of 31 December 2026).
- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4 in Pharmacy or related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
- Current and valid STR for Technical Pharmacy (TTK).
- Willingness to obtain SIP and work flexible shift schedules.
- Excellent physical and mental health; no history of drug abuse.
- Proficiency with BPJS Online Pharmacy operations and the SIMRS Teramedik system.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to a Fixed‑Term Employment Agreement (PKWT).
