Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Tim Promotor Penjualan to lead our sales promotion team in the vibrant Malang area. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, hands‑on field management, and strong relationship‑building with merchants to drive brand visibility and achieve aggressive sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve the assigned sales targets for the Malang territory, consistently monitoring performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct daily store visits, establishing and nurturing relationships with the person‑in‑charge (PIC) at each merchant location.
  • Ensure all promotional programs are executed flawlessly, guaranteeing that POP (point‑of‑purchase) materials are correctly placed and displayed.
  • Collaborate closely with partner operational teams to gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and field issues.
  • Lead a team of 15‑20 Sales Promoters, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor daily activities of promoters through reports, field checks, and performance dashboards to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Design and deliver regular training sessions, refresher workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and compliance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the area, proposing innovative promotional ideas and store activation concepts.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure all activities are compliant.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales promotion, retail management, or field sales leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competitor actions and sales data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities; comfortable engaging with store managers and decision‑makers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory‑based role.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of 10‑20 field staff, including coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work independently, plan routes efficiently, and manage time effectively (working hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Gender: open to all candidates.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reporting tools) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Malang area on a daily basis.
