Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging biology lessons aligned with the national curriculum for SMA and SMK students.
- Prepare comprehensive teaching materials, including PowerPoint presentations, lab manuals, and interactive worksheets.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to monitor student progress and provide actionable feedback.
- Offer targeted support for students preparing for UTBK, SKD CPNS, and other standardized tests.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and school coordinators to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance metrics.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
- Mentor students on scientific inquiry, laboratory safety, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and special educational needs.
- Commit to continuous skill upgrades by attending seminars, webinars, and certification programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Education, or a related pure science field; Master’s degree (S2) is a plus.
- Graduates with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
- Strong command of the Indonesian language; ability to teach Bahasa Indonesia for UTBK and SKD CPNS is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teenage learners.
- Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, and a high level of professional commitment.
- Passion for teaching and willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
