Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage every visitor who enters the branch, establishing a professional first impression.
  • Conduct needs‑analysis conversations to uncover the financial or product requirements of potential customers.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms and gather required documentation for further processing.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Officer team, forwarding completed files and ensuring a smooth handover for follow‑up.
  • Maintain and update the company’s customer database, recording interactions, preferences, and follow‑up actions.
  • Perform regular follow‑up calls or messages to existing clients, presenting new offers, promotions, or product upgrades.
  • Track personal and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, reporting results to supervisors.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and product briefings to stay current with market trends and company offerings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, document verification, and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards, ensuring all customer interactions meet internal policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work under target‑driven conditions and maintain high motivation levels.
  • Basic computer literacy, particularly with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organizational aptitude to manage multiple customer files and follow‑up schedules simultaneously.
  • Open to working Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional campaigns.
