Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Tim Penyelenggaraan Siaran Langsung (Live Broadcast Team) based in Kudus. This role is integral to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of live television and online broadcasts for a variety of programs, including news, cultural events, and religious content. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre‑broadcast activities, including scheduling, talent briefings, and equipment checks.
- Operate and monitor live‑streaming hardware and software, ensuring a seamless transmission from the control room to the audience.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and on‑air talent to execute scripts and cues accurately.
- Manage real‑time troubleshooting of technical issues, such as signal loss, audio‑visual glitches, or platform interruptions.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of broadcast events, including timing, content changes, and any incidents for post‑production review.
- Ensure compliance with religious and cultural guidelines, especially for Muslim‑focused programming, by reviewing content for appropriateness.
- Engage with audiences on social media platforms before, during, and after broadcasts to boost viewership and gather feedback.
- Assist in post‑broadcast activities, such as archiving footage, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements for future productions.
- Uphold a professional on‑site presence, adhering to punctuality, dress code, and workplace safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Age: 18–25 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Experience: Prior experience in live broadcasting, event production, or related media fields is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills, confident public speaking (PD), and the ability to articulate instructions clearly.
- Religious Commitment: Must be a practicing Muslim and demonstrate a serious, respectful attitude toward work responsibilities.
- Location: Willingness to relocate and work full‑time in Kudus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, basic video editing, and live‑streaming tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, adaptability, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive work ethic.
