Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the laundry area and answer any initial questions about services offered.

- Assist customers in loading and unloading machines when needed, ensuring safe handling of garments.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies such as detergent, softener, and cleaning wipes.
- Monitor the floor for any safety hazards (e.g., wet floors, malfunctioning equipment) and take immediate corrective action.
- Record daily transactions, including cash receipts and electronic payments, and prepare accurate end‑of‑day reports for management.
- Perform routine equipment checks, such as cleaning lint filters, inspecting hoses, and verifying that machine cycles run correctly.
- Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly to the technical team or management to minimize downtime.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering practical solutions or compensation in line with company policy.
- Promote additional services (e.g., fold‑and‑bag, ironing, stain‑removal) to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
