Introduction

We are looking for a motivated Staf Administrasi Perusahaan to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with a basic educational background (minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent) who are eager to develop professional administrative skills in a fast‑moving corporate environment. The role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing ample opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with modern office tools, customer interaction, and document management while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and design internal and external communications using Canva and Capcut, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, Word documents, Excel reports, and PowerPoint presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, telephone, and email, delivering courteous and timely support while following up on inquiries.
  • Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents, guaranteeing that all records are easy to retrieve and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist the HR and finance departments with routine tasks such as attendance tracking, expense logging, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, providing administrative assistance for project coordination, event planning, and logistics.
  • Support the marketing team by creating simple visual assets for social media and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office procedures, propose workflow enhancements, and help implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Open to all genders; female candidates are especially welcomed, especially fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Capcut for basic graphic and video editing.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with spreadsheet management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and follow‑up calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and capable of maintaining tidy and systematic archives.
  • Demonstrated discipline, good attitude, teamwork orientation, and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry, document formatting, and scheduling tools.
