- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate service flow, manage rush periods, and resolve any order discrepancies swiftly.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, process invoices, and reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, performing regular sanitation checks and following health‑code regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, menu tastings, and team meetings to stay updated on new offerings and service protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on guest preferences, common complaints, and opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or older.
- Gender: Female (as specified) with a professional and appealing appearance.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or café setting, preferably with exposure to cooking or food preparation.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and the ability to recommend dishes confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: honesty, discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Team‑player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays, and handle the physical demands of the role.
