Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our fast‑growing finance operations in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. This role serves as the critical link between incoming business channel orders and the credit approval workflow, ensuring that every customer application is processed accurately, promptly, and in full compliance with internal risk standards. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Hub Coordinators (SHC), Credit Assessment Teams, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to deliver a seamless experience for both consumers and partner businesses.
Responsibilities
- Receive and acknowledge all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, confirming receipt within defined service level agreements.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of consumer data and financing objects, entering the information into the company’s core banking system.
- Conduct preliminary credit checks by reviewing RAC (Risk Assessment Credit) scores and consumer grading, flagging any inconsistencies for further review.
- Communicate approval status, required documentation, or rejection reasons to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate on‑site assessments of collateral or business premises.
- Coordinate with the Sales Hub Coordinator (SHC) on pending or complex cases, facilitating timely resolution and maintaining a clear audit trail.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist the credit processing team with routine monitoring of outstanding loans, helping to identify early warning signals of delinquency.
- Participate in regular team meetings, providing feedback on process improvements and sharing best practices for order handling.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as system upgrades, data migration, or the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, credit processing, or customer service roles within the financial services sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning proprietary banking software.
- Strong attention to detail, with a reputation for integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.

- Flexible schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
