As a courier, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that millions of e‑commerce orders reach customers safely, on time, and with the high level of service that Shopee customers expect. Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels using a personal motorcycle or motorized vehicle, adhering to route plans and delivery schedules.
- Inspect each order before departure and verify delivery completion to guarantee accuracy and package integrity.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record any discrepancies, and report daily activities to the hub supervisor via the Shopee Xpress mobile app.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery windows, address clarifications, and any unforeseen delays.
- Observe traffic regulations and safety protocols, keeping the motorcycle in optimal condition and performing routine checks.
- Collaborate with hub staff on peak‑day operations, helping to sort parcels and support the overall flow of shipments.
- Provide feedback on route efficiency and suggest improvements to enhance delivery performance.
Requirements
- Education: Open to candidates of any educational background.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Driving Credentials: Active SIM C (motorcycle license) and a well‑maintained motorcycle.
- Technical: Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the Shopee Xpress app.
- Residency: Must reside within the designated service area for the Kateman Hub.
- Experience: No prior delivery experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Soft Skills: Strong time‑management, reliability, customer‑focused attitude, basic problem‑solving ability, and clear communication.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
