Responsibilities

- Serve meals and beverages with precision, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and timing.
- Monitor tables throughout the service period, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area, including table settings, silverware, and glassware.
- Train, coach, and supervise junior waitstaff, fostering a collaborative team culture based on honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operation during peak hours.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, provide feedback on menu items, and contribute ideas for service improvements.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as per operational policy).
- Maximum age: 20 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 0 years of waitstaff experience; however, prior experience in a high‑volume restaurant or café is advantageous.
- Core competencies:
- Honesty and strong personal discipline.
- Excellent teamwork and the ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service.
- Physical stamina to work long shifts (08:00‑17:00, Monday‑Saturday) and handle the demands of a fast‑paced environment.
- Skills: Proven food and beverage service abilities, basic knowledge of menu items, and proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Language: Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
