Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters, and fillings according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
- Bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts, ensuring consistent texture, flavor, and visual appeal.
- Decorate finished products with precision, using glazing, icing, and artistic plating techniques.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including regular cleaning of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and assist in receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the front‑of‑house team to ensure timely and accurate presentation of pastries for service.
- Document production yields, waste, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Participate in regular quality‑control checks, adjusting recipes or techniques as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Support training of new crew members by sharing knowledge of techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Adapt quickly to high‑volume periods and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no specific gender restriction.
- Prior experience in pastry or bakery production is preferred, though motivated beginners with a strong interest are also considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork orientation, with the ability to work independently when required.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform well under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of bread making (Pembuat Roti) and familiarity with common bakery equipment.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
