Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Helper – Logistics Support to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position is ideal for individuals who have completed high school (SMA/SMK) or an equivalent qualification and are eager to start a career in the fast‑moving logistics and supply‑chain sector. The role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides hands‑on experience in a bustling warehouse environment where teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established picking lists and customer specifications.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and, when qualified, forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the documentation process, including updating electronic data‑entry systems, generating shipping labels, and filing delivery receipts.
- Ensure the warehouse complies with safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and keeping aisles clear of obstructions.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to coordinate the timely availability of raw materials needed for manufacturing.
- Participate in daily briefings and communicate any operational issues or delays to supervisors promptly.
- Help implement continuous‑improvement initiatives such as lean‑warehouse practices and waste reduction.
- Provide backup support for other logistics functions during peak periods or staff absences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
