Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Collector Lapangan to join our growing credit management team in Majalengka. In this field‑based role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and its borrowers, ensuring timely repayment of credit facilities while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to borrowers to monitor repayment status and verify the use of loan proceeds.
- Perform collection activities, including phone calls, letters, and face‑to‑face meetings, to secure outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payment agreements, and follow‑up actions in the company’s collection system.
- Identify and report potential delinquency risks to the credit control supervisor, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate repayment plans that are realistic for the debtor while protecting the company’s financial interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, underwriting, and legal to resolve disputes and streamline the collection process.
- Provide timely feedback on market conditions and borrower behavior to help refine credit policies.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards during collection activities.
- Work a standard schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed to meet collection targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age 35 or younger; male candidates only.
- Prior experience in debt collection, credit control, or related financial services (experience can be minimal).
- Strong personal integrity, discipline, teamwork orientation, and a dynamic, results‑driven attitude.
- Valid motor vehicle and a SIM C driver’s license; ability to travel throughout Majalengka.
- Residency in Majalengka or surrounding areas to ensure quick response times.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication.
