We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Retail Sales Cashier who excels in delivering exceptional customer service. This full‑time role is ideal for a diligent woman aged up to 35 years, with a minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments with zero errors.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking receipt paper, bags, and promotional materials as needed.
- Verify pricing, apply discounts, and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, preparing accurate cash‑up reports.
- Collaborate with sales floor staff to ensure inventory levels are up‑to‑date and to flag any stock discrepancies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate daily sales summaries and assist in basic administrative tasks.
- Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls, documenting interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, contributing to a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Prior experience in a retail cash handling or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of standing for extended periods.
- Honest, meticulous, and quick‑thinking under pressure.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
