Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Ahli Gizi dan Konsultan Nutrisi Kesehatan to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role is ideal for a compassionate nutrition professional who thrives in a fast‑paced hospital environment and is committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutritional care. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing comprehensive nutrition services to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for in‑patients, out‑patients, and community health programs.
- Develop individualized diet plans that address medical diagnoses, cultural preferences, and lifestyle factors.
- Provide one‑on‑one counseling and education to patients and families on disease‑specific nutrition, weight management, and preventive health.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health staff to integrate nutrition therapy into overall treatment plans.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions based on laboratory results, clinical progress, and patient feedback.
- Supervise and train junior dietitians, nutrition assistants, and food service personnel to ensure compliance with hospital nutrition standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, morbidity and mortality reviews, and quality improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with hospital policies and national regulations.
- Lead community outreach initiatives, workshops, and health fairs to promote public awareness of nutrition and wellness.
- Stay current with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in clinical nutrition and integrate new knowledge into daily practice.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Nutrition (Ahli Gizi).
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) for nutrition professionals.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy, dietetics software, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex nutritional concepts in simple language.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple caseloads simultaneously.
- Required documents: 4×6 passport photo, photocopies of KTP & KK, cover letter, CV, diploma and transcript, and reference letters (if available).
