Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Salesperson – Customer Acquisition to join our expanding field sales team. This role is pivotal in driving top‑line growth by bringing our product portfolio directly to retail partners and end‑users across the assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Present and demonstrate product offerings to store owners and managers by delivering samples and merchandising materials directly to the point of sale.
  • Generate and close sales from inbound store orders while ensuring accurate order entry and timely follow‑up.
  • Conduct daily visits to a predefined list of target stores, maintaining a structured route plan to maximize coverage.
  • Utilize a company‑provided motorcycle to travel efficiently between locations, adhering to safety and company policies.
  • Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting progress to the regional sales manager.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and relay insights to the product development team.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and in‑store events that boost product visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or retail distribution environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable operating a motorcycle for daily travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Physical stamina to handle product samples, carry promotional materials, and navigate varied terrain.
