Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Pemasaran Kredit Dana Syariah (CMO) to join our growing team in Marelan, Medan. This position plays a critical role in expanding our portfolio of Sharia‑compliant financing products by identifying qualified consumers, closing sales, and building strong partnerships with local dealers. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and feasibility analyses of potential borrowers to assess creditworthiness and compliance with Sharia principles.
- Present and sell a range of financing products—including vehicle, equipment, and consumer credit—to individuals and small‑business owners.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with automobile dealers, appliance retailers, and other channel partners to generate referral business.
- Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, updating the CRM system daily with contact notes, status changes, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and compliance teams to streamline approval processes and reduce turnaround time.
- Provide on‑site support during product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and post‑sale follow‑up to ensure high satisfaction.
- Travel throughout the Marelan district and surrounding areas, representing the company at community events, trade fairs, and dealer meetings.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to recommend product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in marketing or sales of financial products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated adaptability to change and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle, driving license (SIM C), and willingness to work in the field.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Marelan, Medan.
- Knowledge of credit law, financial regulations, and Islamic banking principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly sales targets.
