Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Mobile Sales Officer – Customer Acquisition to join our growing finance team. This role is focused on expanding the reach of Adira’s financing products through direct engagement with dealers and end‑customers. As the first point of contact for prospective borrowers, you will educate clients on financing solutions, manage credit applications, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to contract signing. The position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will work closely with the Sales Head, dealership partners, and internal credit teams to meet ambitious sales targets while upholding the highest standards of compliance and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Adira financing products by following the strategic direction set by the Sales Head and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Clearly present and recommend appropriate financing options to consumers, tailoring explanations to match individual needs and financial capabilities.
  • Collect, verify, and process credit applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, authentic, and entered accurately into the loan management system.
  • Conduct on‑site or remote consumer surveys when required, recording findings and uploading detailed reports into the system in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor the status of each credit application, promptly communicating decisions, loan terms, and contractual details to both dealers and customers.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with dealership partners, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any concerns, including handling order cancellations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to resolve any issues that may arise during the approval process.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, provide market feedback, and suggest improvements to product positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Adhere to the company’s working schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • No upper age limit; we value competence and attitude above years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financing terms in simple language.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating creditworthiness and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency with sales and communication tools (CRM software, mobile apps, Microsoft Office suite).
  • Self‑motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of credit processes and regulatory compliance in the automotive financing sector is a plus.
