Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Representative Sales Medical to join our growing team covering the Rembang region and surrounding areas. This role focuses on the mid‑wife (bidan) channel, driving product awareness, sales growth, and strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). The ideal candidate will combine solid medical sales experience with excellent communication skills, a data‑oriented mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through high‑quality medical products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine field visits and detailed product presentations to mid‑wives, ensuring thorough understanding and proper usage of the portfolio within the assigned territory.
  • Verify product availability at client locations, assist with order placement, and follow up to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Manage the invoicing and collection process for mid‑wives, ensuring payments are received within the agreed credit terms.
  • Build and maintain professional, trust‑based relationships with mid‑wives, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales KPIs, including revenue and volume targets, outlet transaction coverage, and timely receivables.
  • Develop and maintain a Master Customer List (MCL) and a Fixed Journey Plan to guarantee comprehensive coverage of all customers.
  • Coordinate trade and marketing programs, ensuring consistent execution across the territory and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting performance against targets, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose strategic actions to boost market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, logistics, finance—to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline); a background in science or health‑related fields is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a medical or health‑product sales representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective sales plans and structured visit schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in building relationships with HCPs (doctors, nurses, mid‑wives, pharmacists).
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and a professional work ethic.
  • Own a motorbike with valid registration and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C) for territory travel.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; capable of turning sales data into actionable insights.
  • Willingness to work in the following areas: Blora, Rembang, Tuban, Bantul, Banyumas, Cilacap.
  • Flexible working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, with additional days as required by market demands.
