Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Operator Warnet – Pengelola Layanan Internet Café to join our dynamic team. As the front‑line guardian of our internet café, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, fast, and enjoyable online experience. This role is ideal for individuals who love technology, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and enjoy interacting with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain all computer stations, ensuring optimal performance and quick response to technical issues.
  • Manage network connectivity, perform routine checks on routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points, and troubleshoot internet outages.
  • Provide courteous customer service: greet visitors, explain pricing packages, and assist with game or software installations.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales logs.
  • Enforce café policies, including age‑appropriate content restrictions, time limits, and responsible gaming conduct.
  • Perform regular cleaning of workstations, peripherals, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Conduct inventory checks for accessories (headsets, keyboards, mice) and report any shortages or damage to management.
  • Prepare detailed shift handover reports, noting equipment status, incidents, and any pending maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in promotional activities such as tournament setup, special event coordination, and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Stay updated on emerging games, software updates, and cybersecurity best practices to protect both customers and the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career‑switchers are encouraged.
  • Ability to work any of the three 8‑hour shifts:
    • Shift 1: 23:00 – 07:00
    • Shift 2: 07:00 – 15:00
    • Shift 3: 15:00 – 23:00
  • Strong adaptability and quick learning skills to handle evolving gaming platforms and network tools.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Windows operating systems and common office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to resolve customer inquiries and conflicts calmly.
  • Attention to detail, especially when managing cash transactions and equipment checks.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate on shift handovers and special events.
