Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in merchandising, retail display, or sales promotion.
- Strong communication skills – able to convey ideas clearly to both internal teams and external store personnel.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure; capable of meeting tight schedules during peak promotional periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with merchandising software or mobile reporting tools.
