Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all plates, workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
- Wash, slice, dice, and preprocess ingredients, ensuring they are ready for cooking or further preparation.
- Store raw materials and prepared items properly, maintaining appropriate temperature and labeling standards.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting shortages, and helping to restock supplies as needed.
- Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hygiene, equipment handling, and emergency protocols.
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating closely with chefs and service staff to meet delivery timelines.
- Participate in daily kitchen briefings, contribute ideas for workflow improvements, and support fellow team members during peak periods.
- Maintain a tidy and organized pantry, ensuring that all tools are stored safely and ready for use.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of knives and hot surfaces.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.

- Strong basic cooking skills and a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 07:00 – 16:00.
