This entry‑level position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be the voice of MyRepublic, helping our customers resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless online experience. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from customers using MyRepublic’s designated communication platforms.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of problems, and provide clear, step‑by‑step solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support tier while maintaining ownership of the case.
  • Document every interaction accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and follow‑up.
  • Perform post‑resolution follow‑ups to confirm that the customer’s issue has been fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts, such as updating contact information, processing service requests, and generating service tickets.
  • Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and share best practices with teammates to continuously improve service quality.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to sharpen communication and problem‑solving skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only; age not to exceed 35 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
  • Must be a resident of Semarang, Kabupaten Semarang, Kendal, Demak, or surrounding areas.
  • Available to work on‑site (WFO) and not currently enrolled in university or other academic programs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly over the phone and via chat.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web‑based CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a willingness to join the team promptly.
