Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our vape retail and distribution network in West Jakarta. This pivotal role will be responsible for expanding market reach, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for a fast‑moving consumer goods company that specializes in high‑quality vaping products. Responsibilities
- Identify, visit, and develop new vape shops and distributor partners across West Jakarta and surrounding districts.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular follow‑ups, product training, and promotional support.
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed quotas.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch new product lines, in‑store promotions, and trade‑show activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and recommend pricing or merchandising adjustments.
- Mentor and coach junior sales representatives, providing guidance on territory management and negotiation techniques.
- Coordinate logistics with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery and inventory availability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the vape, tobacco‑free, or FMCG sectors.
- Male candidates only, as per company policy.
- Strong network of contacts within the local vape retail community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a demanding schedule, and travel across the region (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
- Result‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
