In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that products are packed safely, efficiently, and accurately before they are shipped to customers across the region. Responsibilities
- Prepare and package a wide variety of items, ranging from small consumer goods to larger industrial components, following company SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Inspect incoming products for damage, verify quantities against pick lists, and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Label packages correctly, attach necessary documentation, and ensure barcodes are scannable for seamless tracking.
- Operate basic material‑handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles to promote safety and productivity.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle‑count activities as required.
- Collaborate closely with the shipping, receiving, and quality control teams to meet daily order‑fulfillment targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or workflow bottlenecks to management promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new packaging materials, handling techniques, and workplace safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years is a placeholder; we consider candidates under 30).
- Gender: All genders are welcome; the role is open to anyone who meets the criteria.
- Work experience: No prior experience required, although familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic: hard‑working, honest, and meticulous in handling goods.
- Full‑time availability: must not be enrolled in any formal education program during employment.
- Effective verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow instructions and convey any issues clearly.
