Responsibilities
- Design and prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with both the national curriculum and international standards.
- Deliver interactive mathematics instruction for grades 10‑12, incorporating differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, then compile detailed progress reports for students, parents, and school administrators.
- Maintain a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Provide individualized tutoring or remediation sessions for students who require extra assistance.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student performance, set goals, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum designers, and administrative staff to continuously improve instructional practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach events.
- Be willing to work at one of our branch locations: Muara Karang, Green Ville, or Gading Serpong.
- Adhere to the school’s schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 12:30 – 20:00) and maintain punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Education (FKIP) or a related field.
- Strong command of high‑school mathematics topics, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Ability to teach both the national curriculum and international (e.g., Cambridge, IB) mathematics programs.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring young learners.
- Demonstrated teamwork, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual learning platforms, and basic educational technology tools.
- Full‑time availability with a flexible attitude toward scheduling and location.
