Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently, strictly following Golqi’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and safety.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about menu items, taking feedback, and fostering positive relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Present food items with appealing plating and proper temperature, adhering to quality standards and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain the outlet’s appearance by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging, condiments, and cleaning supplies, reporting shortages to the shift manager promptly.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and shift supervisors to coordinate smooth service during peak periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper handwashing, use of gloves, and equipment sanitization.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as cash register reconciliation, waste disposal, and final floor checks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: 26 years maximum (flexible for candidates up to 30 years as per company policy).
- All genders are welcome; the role is open to both male and female applicants.
- Must be a practicing Muslim, as the outlet operates in accordance with local cultural norms.
- Clean and presentable appearance; personal hygiene is essential.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical health to handle standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm).
- No prior experience required, but a passion for food service and customer satisfaction is highly valued.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand and follow SOPs.
