Introduction
PT Kobus Smart Service, a dynamic financial services provider operating across Central Java, is actively seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding team. We have two critical openings: Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) and Field Collection Specialist. Both positions play a pivotal role in driving our credit portfolio growth, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the Magelang, Yogyakarta, Klaten, Bantul, Solo, Karanganyar, and surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Identify and prospect potential borrowers through market research, networking events, and cold‑calling.
- Conduct credit surveys and preliminary assessments to determine eligibility.
- Present tailored financing solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and approvals in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with underwriting and risk teams to streamline approval processes.
- Provide post‑sale support, ensuring borrowers understand repayment schedules and obligations.
- Field Collection Specialist
- Visit assigned geographic zones to recover overdue payments from both individuals and business accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and document all collection activities.
- Coordinate with the credit team to update account statuses and flag high‑risk customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management review.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to legal and regulatory standards during all interactions.
- Support community outreach initiatives that promote financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience required, though relevant experience is advantageous:
- CMO: background in sales, marketing, account management, or field surveying.
- Field Collection: experience in collection, accounts receivable, or credit enforcement.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal motorbike for field mobility.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated team player who can also operate independently and maintain result‑oriented focus.
- Flexibility to be placed in any of the designated areas within Central Java, matched to the candidate’s domicile.
