Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Administrasi Data to join our Denpasar office of BNT. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our financing operations, ensuring that all data, documents, and filing systems are accurate, secure, and readily accessible. This position offers a dynamic environment where administrative excellence directly supports the speed and reliability of our loan processing and dealer relationships.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and will have occasional travel requirements to other cities for on‑site document handling and coordination with our partner dealers.
Responsibilities
- Perform full‑cycle data entry for financing applications, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Distribute and handle physical PK (Pembiayaan Kredit) folders, maintaining a systematic flow from receipt to filing.
- Maintain the PK warehouse (gudang PK), organizing both electronic and manual archives for quick retrieval.
- Process fiduciary documentation, coordinating with legal teams to secure necessary signatures and registrations.
- Receive and verify dealer invoices, matching them against financing agreements before forwarding for payment processing.
- File and index PK folders in both physical and digital repositories, applying consistent naming conventions.
- Conduct regular audits of the document storage area to confirm compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Create and update reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint to present filing status, data entry metrics, and audit results to management.
- Utilize Canva to design clear, professional internal communication materials and process flowcharts.
- Provide support for inter‑departmental inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for documentation requests.
- Travel to off‑site locations as required to collect, verify, or deliver critical financing documents.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any field of study.
- Age: up to 31 years.
- Gender: all genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an administrative or data‑entry role, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail orientation.
- Ability to manage both electronic and manual archives, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel out of town for business purposes.
